Great stay. Room was nice and clean, good location. Was greeted by Kerean and she was very helpful with suggestions in what to see and eat. Sheryl was so pleasant and made many rounds at breakfast checking on us. Vivian took care of checking in, out, breakfast and cleaning up tables and counter...including bringing us bottles of water on the morning of checkout. Seduce was awesome.
Amazing staff super friendly and so sweet from morning to night shift. They went above and beyond for me, thank you so much! I cant thank them enough how amazing they are, if your looking for a great location where you can shop, eat, and get a great stay this is the hotel for you!

This was the best stay I’ve had at a hotel! Managers and staff were so very nice and accommodating, with amazing customer service! Rooms were larger, clean, and comfy beds! 10 out of 10 recommend!!! Definitely will be back anytime we are in the area!!
The staff was incredible. We were greeted each time we went into the lobby, and they seemed legitimately happy to see us. The location is also perfect. There is an outlet mall next to the hotel, and numerous choices for places to eat from fast food to nice sit down (slow food) varieties. The facility is an older one that needs some attention. We had a space under the door, a small hole in the wall behind the bed, fridge was missing a foot so it would wobble, and it had a weathered look along baseboards and our door lock was also crooked and sometimes difficult too turn. The facility was very clean though, and for the price i would recommend, and I'd stay there again if I needed a place to stay for a deal. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and the location was perfect for our needs. Great place with the staff to back it up.
My fiance and I have been staying here for over a month and have no complaints! Staff is friendly, breakfast is always hot and plentiful, clean, pool is clean and great!
